Can you upgrade the processor in a Gateway NE56R13u?

From what I'm seeing, it uses the FCPGA988 socket, and the motherboard is the Gateway EG50_HC_HR. I'm wondering if it's able to be upgraded safely/if it's feasible

Which would be more expensive, putting money into a new processor, or buying a new computer in general?
