Soon i'll be building my first pc with a thermaltake v71 and a i7 4790k.
I have never built a pc before so im debating between a noctua nh d14 a corsair h100i or a custom loop. i live in australia and most places dont ship here.
Also if i use a 420mm radiator on the front do i have to remove the 2 200mm fans.
Thanks guys and do you reckon i get get to 5ghz overclock with any of these.

So you're aiming for a 5ghz, with a devils canyon cpu, nice. You should get a nice asus motherboard so you can even overclock that far, though. Watercooling is great given you've got the money. A nice custom loop with CPU + GPU blocks costs around $500, most likely higher. But if you really want to go through with this, you should research a lot on the risks of watercooling. Good luck with your build. :)
