Hey everybody ! i would want some advice, opinion and recomandation about my first build. I will play upcoming games like the division , Farcry 4 and others. Is this config good to run games at medium-high at a minimum of 60 fps ? If not what should i do to improve my system ?

Here are my specs

CPU - Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard - MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory - Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage - Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Video Card - EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Superclocked ACX
PSU - Corsair CX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX

If you don't plan on OCing you don't need a aftermarket cooler seeing as how Intel CPUs run a lot cooler than amd CPUs, I've heard problems about that board! I would go for asus or another brand. Corsair CX PSUs have a bad rep in my line of friends so steer clear of them. You only need 8GB of ram to game. Rest is fine.
