Normal GPU / CPU temperature load?

Hello just wondering if my GPU / CPU is too hot! Living in Arizona, this insane heat seems to be getting to them both. The CPU (quad core) is running at 43 - 46c typically, and the GPU is running at 55 - 60c typically. Thanks

Also there's no selection to post under GPU / CPU threads so I chose CPU just because I'm more worried about that currently

EDIT: Sorry folks my specs are AMD Phenom X4 9150e for processor and Radeon HD 6450 for GPU

Depends on the particular make/model, but those temps SHOULD be fine.

We need to know what parts really but those temps are pretty much fine for any part you have but i can guarantee your gpu is fine

Good to know thank you. It's currently at idle, but the temps stay about the same regardless.
