Do you guys like it?

Is there anything much better for the same price?

how well does it run?

your opinion on it!

is it worth it?

also a question i need help on would be
is a AMD FX-8350 Black Edition Vishera
be a good mix with the graphics card?

im barely starting with all this computer thing im going for a more gaming computer/ 3d design(ex:making games rendering or animating 3d models) it will be my first build and i am planning upgrading in the future but i only need those questions and opinions :)

Solution

just get a gtx 760 or 770

Do we like it? Not really, it's good if you have an old computer with a weak power supply, other than that, wouldn't recommend it.

Is there anything better for the same price? Yup, check the quarterly article here for best GPU for the money, breaks down the best by price, gives a good set of reasons.

How well does it run? It runs, if it's all you can get away with, it's good, if you have a good PSU, you can do better.

Opinion? Wait for Maxwells big guns to come out, then ask me.

Is it worth it? Only in that one specific situation. Recommendations are to get a real PSU then buy a real video card. ESPECIALLY if you want it for compute heavy tasks/games.

wait im a bit lost >.<

Maxwell is the chip that is used for the 750ti. When they come out with the 8xx series, they're supposed to be using the newer technology which will make the chips more efficient, more powerful, and hopefully cheaper. But that's not til the end of the year, beginning of next year.

As far as the PSU goes. There's garbage out there that won't provide enough juice to run a high end video card. It'll make your system unstable. Possibly, even the cheap units sometimes last a while. There's just no telling unless you get something good.
