Here is my current build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/QvKdrH
Was wondering if there was anyway to cut down on costs while maintaining performance. Would like to keep the tb hdd, 8gb ram, and oc capabilities. And if there's anyway to switch out the gtx 750 ti for a gtx 760 (or something similar ) WHILE maintaining the price under $800 I'm all ears ( probably not possible though D: ). I plan to upgrade these parts in the future just have an $800 budget atm. Thanks for the help :D

Solution
it is the cheapest you can go

cheaper mobo, but superb OC ability, has 8+2 phase VRM
cheaper ram, faster 2400MHz cl10
cheaper HDD
Radeon 270 can be OCed to match 270X, which is slightly udner gtx 760 performance
it will be a complete amd build

better PSU, corsair cs isnt good enough, even if it has gold rating. read psu reference here
