My PC vs PS3

So your parents don't like the idea of gaming and won't let you upgrade the PC BUT they will get you a ps3? I fail to see their logic.

As an owner of the PS3 since 2006 I can say there are some great games on PS3, but the PS3 as an OS is slow. Its limited 500mb of RAM with 200mb dedicated to the OS slows it down nowadays even when trying to send a message to a friend. However, there are some great games like Uncharted, Resistance and The Last of Us.
It's up to you but you shouldn't argue with their decision or they may give you nothing.

By no means was i trying to imply that he should argue the point, take the ps3 if they will get it.

If your parents are just strict like mine forcing me to save up for things and so on.. Then go ahead and get one
