I am thinking of getting Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti Graphics Card and the processor and motherboard would be an intel i5 4670k with a
GIGABYTE Z97X-SLI, would this processor bottleneck the GPU.

Solution
No it won't but wether you should upgrade depends very much on what CPU you have at the moment?
4670k is a very capable processor and for gaming will be enough for a long time. For gaming a few year old processors are still often more than enough. Having a good processor is never bad, but wether you should upgrade your CPU or GPU depends on your current CPU.

you beg to differ that the 4670k could handle a 290x or titan?

Thanks for your help dude =] and haha no way man thats sweet i prefer import but i like some muscle cars my old boss has an imported Chevy Bel Air which is cool as haha

I had a friend that owned an early GTX with a blue printed 440 with the six pack carbs. It had exhaust cutouts. And pretty much at will, that car would lift the front end off the ground. I say had because one day he was running it without a tach, and managed to blow that blueprinted motor.

You're better off going with the Haswell refresh (Devil's Canyon CPU). Better TIM, better memory controller, and higher clocks / benches. Going with the first iteration of the Haswell CPU when the new version is out would be pretty silly, especially considering they're within $10 of each other in price.
