While using the laptop, the screen suddenly froze. Then, i force shut down by hitting the power button. When i turn the laptop on it only loads to a black screen with the mouse arrow.
ctrl+alt+delete didn't work
doesnt work in safe mode too
It said that windows couldn't automaticly fix the issue, in the log it said:

Problem Signature 03: Unknown
Problem Signature 04: 21199747
Problem Signature 05: Autofailover

I tried to restore to previous system points, but didn't have any for some reason

Any suggestions/ ideas?

Thanks in advance.

The log isn't helpful.

Laptop make and model? and age?

Got a recovery disk with it?

Have you kept it clean and cool? Using a laptop cooler?

Then clean it out - air compressor, can of compressed air and get a laptop cooler.

Try at least the clean out and post back.

As I said - the log isn't helpful.

I know overheating causes all sorts of mischief. It'd still have to be addressed even it the bsod was fixed.
