Need better cpu cooler.. Seidon 120v or v8 gts

Hi .. I was going to upgrade my stock cpu cooling to better cooler... Which 1 does the good job.. Seidon 120v or v8 gts.. ? Or can suggest me which cooler around that price.. Thanks...

yea agree with i7Baby, you're better off getting a water cooling kit (either closed or custom loop)....to be fairly honest, the V8 GTS doesnt even perform too well as an air cooler, look at this http://www.techradar.com/news/computing-components/processors/best-cpu-cooler-12-top-coolers-reviewed-and-rated-956968/4#articleContent
also, heres a hierarchy chart for cpu coolers (air and water) look at the second graph btw, not the first one, the first one is just based on cpu temps without taking ambient temps into account, the real difference is...
