You can boot it up, but you won't have a display if you do so. I don't understand it when people are bothered by the lack of an integrated GPU when it comes to...
Xeons are server cpus, with lower power consumption and ecc memory in mind. For a gaming machine, those are usually not worth considering, and 4770k overclocks better as well, from which some games benefit greatly. I would go with 4770k and overclock this beast.

Hello

Are you planing to overclock? At any rate, I would seriously consider devils canyon for the same price (4790k). If not, the 4690 (k or non k) are great as well, and far cheaper. Personally, I hesitate recommending the Xeon as it has no integrated graphics, so you end up without a computer if your GPU fails you.

I would at any rate take a 120GB (Samsung EVO or else). So maybe you will like to spare your budget with that 4690...

That particular Xeon is about ~3% slower than the non-k 4770, and it's definitely worth considering; What's wrong with an i7 that costs as much as an i5?

i can still boot up my PC without integrated GPU or a dedicated GPU right ??? as the integrated GPU is worth nothing not powerful

You can boot it up, but you won't have a display if you do so. I don't understand it when people are bothered by the lack of an integrated GPU when it comes to the Xeons; All AMD FX CPUs lack an integrated GPU and still people aren't afraid to buy those.

Please don't comment on things you apparently don't know anything about. Sorry, but these kind of comments have gotten old. The 1230v3 is nothing more than an i7 without IGP and added server functions. It will perform nearly identical to an i7 4770 for a good deal less. Overclocking isn't worth the cost. Get a 1230v3, a less expensive H81,b85,h87, or H97 board and use the money saved towards GPU.
