My laptop is connected to the wifi but has limited access only. It says that connecting to it is taking longer than usual. I have tried resetting the TCP/IP Settings as I searched for some solutions and updating the drivers in the Network Adapters but still to no avail. My roommate has normal connection. Can anyone help me with this? I am losing patience. I run on Win8. I have tried pinging from google.com but it says "transmit failed. General failure."
