I have a AMD Phenom II X4 955 with and ASUS M5A87-AM3 Platform, dual DDR3, SATA 6.06GB with a GEforce GTX 560 ti graphics card. I was thinking of upgrading the graphics card to 760 ti - would this cause a bottleneck? Would I be better to go with a 660?

Forgot to mention that I play Wow and raid 25 man.

Solution
There's not much difference between them. Overclock an 8320 and it matches a 8350.

But you really should get a better motherboard - one with a 990fx chipset eg ASRock 990fx Extreme 3, Gigabyte 990fx UD3

You could get the GTX 760 but eventually your going to have to deal with your processor.

Since your motherboard can support it a FX6350 and a 750ti might be a better idea.

Or get the graphics card now and upgrade the processor sometime within the next 6 months.

Is it just a case of taking out the old cpu and slotting the FX6350 in? Never done this before

Hi everyone,

I bought the 760, and in normal game it works fine on high settings - raided 25 man for the first time last night so I lowered the settings as good. To be honest the performance was no better than the 560 which I had previously! Now I am thinking I need to upgrade the cpu - any advice as to which one I should get, would rather stick to phenom but if there is something better out there that will fit, please advise.
