Then get a cpu with mobo that will support the 295x2.

an I7 4790k and ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 would be good -

http://www.computershopper.com/components/reviews/intel...

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mainstream-gaming-z...

Get 2 x 4gb GSkill 1866 cl9 1.5V ram

And an Antec HCG 900M power supply.

An SSD - 120GB or more. A HDD - 7200rpm, 64mb cache eg Seagate Barracuda or WD

And then put it all in PartPicker and see what it costs.

You can mount SP-120 performance edition fans on the rad if you want to or stick with stock fans shipped with the rad. If you can wait on fans then Corsair has released SP-120 LED edition fans at Computex 2014. They are expected to be in market by Aug-14. That would be a good choice.
