Great all-around budget rig?

Hi guys is this a great all around budget rig for basic multimedia editing AND gaming. By the way my monitor is only 720p so could I run almost any game with these parts on Ultra? Lastly how many watts would the PSU need to have for these to run well. Thanks

Processor: AMD FX-6300
Motherboard: Any AM3+
Video Card: Sapphire R7-260X OC 1GB 128-bit DDR5
RAM: 4 (Maybe upgrade to 8 in the future for more multimedia editing)

Around 340$, I only need to buy the processor, motherboard and video card as I will just use the RAM and HDD from my old computer.

Thanks, is the 7850 256-bit better than the R7-260X 128-bit? Since the R7 is the newer version but the 7850 has a higher memory bus. Yes I have a Thermaltake SMART SE 530W modular PSU.
