I HATE Apple. I really, really do.

Unfortunately, my boss loves it, and therefore we have a Mac server. In order to allow on and off site access to our server, we've synced everything to our Dropbox Business account. Since everyone is now working from and saving to the Dropbox, I'm looking for a quality program that can then sync everything in the Dropbox to a local hard drive in our server room (ideally once every three days, to allow past version recovery in case someone deletes or overwrites by mistake). Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance!

Why not just use Time Machine to keep a backup of the server data directly onto an external hard disk. If your server is syncing with Dropbox and it is syncing with the TM hard disk then - in effect - the TM disk is syncing with Dropbox.

An easy step to backup everything from dropbox is to log in into your sropbox account and select all items by locating and pressing CTRL + A. click Download button on above top side and select the desires location, where you want to download the dropbox backup file.

but if Time Machine concept is discussing here, then Time machine capsule will be a limitation in case of data stored more than a storage capacity. better will be to backup important data onto another drive by drive cloning software

You don't need a Time Machine capsule to use Time Machine. Any external drive will do. Cloning software is not necessary to cover this when the OS already contains a synchronization mechanism. And it's certainly not necessary to buy additional software.

(Update: The post that this was answering has now been removed for obvious reasons. Be very wary of anyone recommending commercial software when free alternatives are available. Be especially wary when they always recommend software from the same company ;) )
