I have no experience at all when it comes to PC building or software installation.

Now that I have the disclaimer out of the way, I am currently attending college for a bachelors in computer science. I am trying to manage a degree in video game programming and am two semesters out. I have gotten by fine with programming on my laptop (which is not very good but, doesn't need to be) and am starting to get in to the graphics aspect of programming. I enjoy playing games, generally i am a console gamer (Go Easy On Me) but have become interested in steam games such as arma 3 and dayZ. My question to you guys is I need a PC that is capable to run up to or even more than 3 monitors, can handle games, and can allow me to program with a greater ease then what I am currently using. I have a budget for just the tower of 2500.00 dollars. I am not interested if the computer is 4k or not because my monitors are definitely not 4k quality. I would like a SSD drive because of the faster boot up time. Would prefer to stay away from liquid cooling. I have read a bunch of posts on here and the usual layout is 4 guys throwing specs around and competing to prove whose is better but it looks like french or possibly german to me. I would seriously like help and time is not a factor since i will be building this pc when I start next semester in September. BTW i'm 30 with family so there is no need to break this down to child levels. I was simply raised without computers and dial up internet so my understanding is not there. Anyway, enough with my diatribe i would appreciate any help that i can get on the subject and thank you in advance!

Alright get this build for 2500 k dollars: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist// Here you go. This contains speakers and a soundcard
all for 2445 $. You also get 3 free games with the r9 290x.

update: tHIS LINK IS TOTALLY wrong . I dont know how I messed up. Did a lot of research and got the virtual build on pcpartpicker and then I gave you some other link. PHEW !! Now it's history literally. So I'll just look into my browser's history and give you the link.

thanks for the fast replies unfortunately some links didn't work like the pcpartpicker link and the previous one took me to a college website. I was looking to maybe build off of the i7 4770k version and not sure what the difference is between the ddr3 and ddr5 video cards. I am currently in classes so i apologize for the late responses but i just wanted to get an idea. Is 2500 really a tight budget if so what would be considered a moderate budget.
