bluetooth windows 8 problem

Well the problem is that if i click add blutooth or show bluetooth devices it brings me to start page and starts pc settings in the background as you can see in the img.Hope u guys can give me some solutions.

The isue was that windows could not start pc setting.It was a glitch.If some1 will have this problem u just have to open as admin command prompt and type:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\ImmersiveControlPanel\AppxManifest.xml

press enter and ur done
