I have and I3 4130 haswell cpu whit stock cooler and i have been wondering about my temperatures.I have like 27-37 degrees at idle state and when there are running chrome, steam, origin and 2/3 games the temperature is like 60 degrees.
Is it normal or too hot?

60 degrees is not excessive for a busy CPU with stock cooling.

Those temperatures are fine

There's room for improvement, but that's roughly what I'd expect from the stock cooler. Its definitely safe.

is the cpu cooler the only thing that affects cpu's temperature?

No, the case is another factor, also applying thermal pasting can help. I think the coolers come with it pre applied but it is better to apply your own. Also make sure your cooler is dust free, one of the major causes of overheating

Your temperatures look fine for a stock cooler though. Though not really needed, there are plenty of aftermarket coolers out there

My case is cooler master HAF 932.There is a little bit of dust inside, gonna clean it and going to get a new cooler also.

Man, that's a damn good case. Just clean out the dust and if you haven't, apply some thermal paste

Not too much, just a thin layer over the cpu

I wouldn't stress too much about those temperatures as they look normal

You could also look into a lower-end air cooler. Don't need much, since its a low TDP processor and no overclocking is possible. Its not necessary, but it would likely be quieter and may improve your temperatures.

There was a lot of dust in the cpu cooler.Cleaned it and the temperatures are much better.
