The Celeron is Intel's lowest performance CPU using the Haswell architecture. The Intel HD Graphics Core (no model #) is the lowest performance graphics core. It's performance is about equal to the Sandy Bridge generation Intel HD 3000 graphics core which is now 2 generations old.

However, it does seem you can be able to play that game on low settings with good performance. Click the following link for more info about the Haswell generation Intel HD graphics core which also has some game benchmarks as well.

Hmmm.... It could be due to the weak Celeron CPU.

Have you tried dropping the resolution down to 1024x768 and lowering all graphic settings to minimum?

All games have a graphics option menu which allows you to change graphic settings. It is somewhere in the main menu, you just need to look for it. It could be called "Graphic Settings" or it could be in "Options". All games have different main menus. You need to do some exploring.

I would assuming there is an official forum for Minecraft at the publisher's website that you can join for specific help with Minecraft. Or they Googling "Minecraft graphics settings".
