New cpu fan

Hello

I've gotten my new cpu cooler today (Spire sigor iv) and its a 3 pins 2000rpm fan but stil its a pretty loud fan and i want to replace it soon.
Which 92mm fan should i buy my budget is 20 euro i want it to be quiet but stil cool decent and if its possible some nice fancy leds on it.

I would get a noctua nf-a9x14 cpu fan. Its a slim one so if u have limited space u will be fine cause its a slim line model and it should be around 13-14 euros. Noctua fans by far are the quietist fans on the market. Hope this helps
