Solution
You are asking a bit much with that budget. You could reuse everything else in your current system and go with this.

If willing to overclock, this is your cheapest option.

In combination with a GTX 750 Ti, you won't need anything more powerful than a current or last generation i3.

I am sorry for the confusion I forgot to mention I am also looking for a really good barebones gaming pc with a good amd processor and as of right now, the intel core 2 duo 3.0GHz bottle knecks bad it crashes and slows down the gpu performance.i need a really good strong cpu and barebones pc for under 200 bucks.

I think you might be mistaken, because good and AMD processor aren't generally used together. Cheap AMD processor, sure. Inefficient AMD processor, yep. Room Heater that doubles as a processor, yes sir.

Why would you ever buy one? You'd probably be stuck with a 750k or something that has no upgrade path or an fx4300 that can only go up to an 8350 which isn't even as good as an i5 in most cases...
