What chassis + CPU liquid cooler should i buy?

I'd like a big gaming chassis with good air flow, quiet fans and room for cards in SLI

budget is around £100 (can go a little higher) for the chassis

budget for the CPU liquid cooler is around


i currently have (link below) but the air flow is pretty bad my GPU + CPU run much hotter than my old case so I'm returning it for a new one.

Heres the only other one I found on that website for 50 http://www.cclonline.com/product/118014/CCL-CLR240Thin/CPU-Coolers/CCL-Choice-240S-Performance-Liquid-CPU-Cooler/CLR0604/
I wouldn't get a single fan width cpu liquid cooler as the performance is just not worth it and a similarly priced air cooler will outperform it.

How about these two? The Phantom has tons of cooling and additional fan slots.

They are praticulary the same coolers and cooling capabilities.
