I got an i8400 , 4 gig memory . Windows 7 and gtx260 video card. I usually use it to play "total war" it plays "shogun 2" now just fine. I wanted to run "rome 2" but didnt want to buy a whole new system for it if i can help it. I was tbinking bumping memory up to at least 8-12 but didnt know what to do with video card? I am not beholden to nvidea. Just whatever works-thanks

^This. I'm barely using more than 4GB of system memory on games(per MSI Afterburner) so that upgrade won't do near as much for you as a 750 or 750ti would like joselo025 recommended. Also, then you have a solid card to add a better CPU/ddr3 ram to later on.
