Hey,

I recently decide that my extremely old 650W PSU is to noisy and decided to reinstall the fan. So I opened it and since it is very old, I could not plug the fan off, so I jst cut it off. Then I put a regular fan and plugged it in the motherboard. After that my computer works fine, when not gaming. However, as soon as I start playing (tried on Battlefield Hardline) computer just restarts after 5 minutes of gaming. In the Log it shows following error: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Did I mess something up?
Help, please

Plug in the PSU fan directly to the PSU and let it run full speed. Check results.

Okay, so that is OCZ technology 600W Model # is OCZ600SXS

That's a make:

That's what I did:

And that is on the inside:

And as you can see it is enclosed in the end of the wires, so I had to cut it off
