I can't understand how to recognize my RAM model for upgrade

Hey, now I have 4GB ram, but I'm interested to add more 4GB(same part). I'm new with this stuff, and I can't understand what model should I buy. I use CPU-Z, but I can't see my specific RAM model. I saw alot of Crucial 4GB RAM model's in shop. My settings:

the ram you have is Crucial Spectek ddr3 1333, 4gig dims @1.5v cas 9
i have looked it up and its oem so its unlikely you will be able to buy some other than second hand.

You RAM model is this"ST51264BA1339.16FM". Its the part number, its DDR3 - 1333 CL9.
Is your computer like a Dell, HP, etc, as that is an OEM part.

This would work to add more RAM:

You can find ST51264BA1339.16FM for sale on websites I am unfamilar with a quick Google search gives a few

Snipergod87, I'm looking for .co.uk store, so if this is same item as one in your link ? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Crucial-CT2KIT51264BA1339-PC1333-Memory-Retail/dp/B0036VO632/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1403200009&sr=8-1&keywords=CT51264BA1339 Looks like these items have same ASIN (B0036VO632), but one from .co.uk have CT2KIT word before my model name.
p.s my computer wasn't made by Dell, Asus or etc. It was built by one shop, so OEM sounds interesting.

Some voltage and CL timings, also 1333 RAM which should match well. I would ignore the CT2KIT part.
