So I'm going to buy a new GPU this July. My budget is about 400€. Should I buy the Gainward GTX 770 Phantom 4GB(http://www.gainward.com/main/vgapro.php?id=910&lang=en) or the Gainward GTX 770 Phantom 2GB(http://www.gainward.com/main/vgapro.php?id=912&lang=en) and buy a few more sticks of RAM? I want the Phantom because of it's low noise and also it suits my PC's interior 
Which should I get? Or do you suggest something better which also suits a black/blue interior of a PC?

MSI B85-G41 PC Mate

Intel i5-4440
2x4gb Crucial DDR3 Ballistix sport
Radeon HD 5570
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
Which should I get? Or do you suggest something better which also suits a black/blue interior of a PC?
