Graphics card causes beeps

Hi i got a radeon r9 290 graphics card and i installed it and reseated it multiple times as weel as plug in the pin cables to it and when i turn my pc on i get 6 beeps and i have an envy 700-56

Yep. No 80+ certification... for all you know, that might provide as much juice as a cx500. Also, the gpu may have arrived dead, or your killed the motherboard either during install or the psu just did it. Don't worry, yet. Try to take it out and plug in the monitor to the motherboard onboard graphics. The motherboard is not dead if bios is accesible.

1. Dead gpu(probably not)
2.Psu's too crappy.
Next time go for a reliable brand like:sfx,xfx,corsair, seasonic,antek, SOME of the thermaltake's products, antec, etc... Not some knocoff like kentek

Hello! Sorry, but your power supply just isn't good enough. Please don't try again, because a failed voltage regulator could kill your components. What motherboard and cpu?
