Sabertooth z87 How to disable usb ports when computer is off?

Hey guys i got a Asus sabertooth z87 mother board
i have been looking every where in the bios and i can not find any option to turn off the usb ports when the computer is off

this problem never bothered me and i actually enjoyed it until i bought a schiit magni and modi
the modi dac will just stay on even when the computer is off

any help is appreciated Thanks guys!

That really sucks if i gotta pull out the usb cable or shut off power supply lol
but your probably right...
and i was looking the bios cant find absolutely nothing
but thanks for your responding bro i appreciate it
