Approximate Purchase Date: Within a week.

Budget Range: $1000 USD max.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, browsing the internet.

Parts Not Required: n/a. I require everything including peripherals.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg, or any place that accepts international credit cards.

Country: Turks and Caicos Islands (Caribbean).

Parts Preferences: No preference.

Overclocking: No.

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe.

Monitor Resolution: 1920X1080

Additional Comments: It must be able to operate in year round ambient temperatures between 30-35C (~85-100F). Assume that in one year it will be sold off, so there is no concern for future upgrades. It just needs to provide respectable gaming for one year (July 2014 - July 2015). Thanks very much in advance for your help!

A build like this would work for you. I went with an i5 build because the intel CPUs run cooler and have a better stock cooler than the AMD CPUs.

I can shave off some more $$ if you want, the build will play every game at Ultra or High settings.

Also, I am not sure which places take international credit cards or not.
