So I can't decide which is better for gaming. I'm not trying to play high quality games such as battlefield 4 but a game like league of legends. Which one would be ideal for LoL? I'm thinking my first build but I'm not so sure.

Other than the motherboard not fitting the case you've chosen in build 1, build 2 would be my choice of the two anyway

I edited the first build for you a little bit. Never trust cases that have PSU's in em. it's most likely to blow up. But that's just me.

I added a R7 265 because it is better than the 260x unless you want to stay with the 260x because you really don't care about being on normal or high or some games instead of ultra (BF4) so you can switch back to the 260x if you want to. I also gave you an ATX case, you can switch the case to an MATX to your liking so that the build would be cheaper, because I do understand you are on a tight build so, I also kept the 500GB and the 4GB ram. I think 500GB is enough for you, you're not going to record or edit and put videos into folders. Just games which is good. I have a 444GB laptop that I use to play games and it still has enough space in it. And I have a crap ton of games in it. And also the ram too. You don't really need 8GB to get better performances in games. Most games recommend 4GB so you're good on that. Sorry if the price is too big. If

Can someone explain why build 2 is better, besides the fact that build 1s case not compatible. I'm trying to keep my bidet around $450 and I really just play League of Legends (I want to play on max graphics with at least 60fps)

Build 1 is better than build 2 because the amd fx 6300 is stronger than the Intel Pentium G3258 because it has more cores. I have edited build 1 a bit but it exceeded the budget..
