I'm looking for a micro-ATX pc for under $400. (Gaming PC)
Games I want to play: TF2, Skyrim, Minecraft, Terraria, GMOD, and CS:GO

I also want it to be an AMD build, as I have my eyes on the AMD FX-6300 (im open to other suggestions)

I do not need a OS, Keyboard or Mouse, or monitor. Also if all the parts could be off a Canadian website, sorry for not mentioning it before

You need to give more information on your $400 build. You need to tell us if you need and OS a keyboard or mouse, or an optical drive. It will help a lot. But I won't add all of those in this build. But if you do need one of those tell me and I will edit your build again..

If you mean a CPU cooler it's only if you are going to be overclocking but since you are on a budget build then you wont need one, and you will just use the heatsink that came with the CPU. and also you can add some case fans into the case later on, the cheap ones are good but produce a lot of noise.

Could you change it a bit for an AMD build? Maybe also one that can be Turbo Boosted? I'm fine with it being a bit more expensive

The r9 270x in EcoMCG's build is better than the gtx 750ti but the Athalon X4 is a bit lacking in processing power. You will have to make some decisions about if you want more CPU or GPU at this price point.

Also, if you plan to overclock your CPU in the future, you should get this motherboard and a normal ATX case + CPU cooler:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($98.50 @ Vuugo)

Your build depends on what you plan to do in the future as well as now.
