Games lagging alot

i recently bought a new zotac nvidia gtx 760 and i am not at all satisfied with the card. i am getting low fps and too much fluctuations. games are framing alot. even in low settings i am getting too much issues. what could be the issues can someone explain it to me please
your comments will be appreciated. thanks

I'm not an expert but i know 2 things that can probably cause it:
1) download gpu/cpu-z and check the temps. If they're high the cpu/gpu could downclock itself to cool of.
2) you have a psu that hasn't got enough wattage so it just can't run at full potential. All i know of i'm sorry i can't help you further.

Monitor native reso 1440×900 60hz. Am using win 7 64 bit. I m.usually playing cs go dota 2. Earlier I use to get 299fps and 120 fps in dota but now I m getting too much fluctuations in my fps. My fps remains in btw 150-200 in cs go and in dota 2 fps btw 80-100

My full system specs
i5 4670k 3.4ghz and with turbo 3.8ghz
g1 sniper m5 gaming motherboard
Dual channel 8gb crosshair vengeance
zotac nvidia gtx 760 2gb gddr5
crosshair cx600 psu 80+ bronze.
coolermaster haf xm with 3 inbuilt fans and 1 side fan installed.
