I can't seem to play any game without getting a huge decrease in fps drop, even in minimum settings. I mainly play League of Legends, Watch dogs, Dead Space, Crysis etc.
I also recently starting using a PS2 emulator t play GTA San andreas (i can't because the lag)

My computer spec is:
CPU: AMD FX-8320 8 core 3.5ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 ti 2GB
RAM: 8GB
HDD: ST1000DM003-1CH162 1TB
MoBo: A960d+
Computer: ACPI x64-based PC

I am also running Windows 8.1

I've asked this question on other sites but no one can seem to give me an answer as to why I have a huge fps drop often. I can play many games in ultra with a steady 60fps, but i will always get a drop down to 10-15fps for about 20seconds and then it'll come back. I want my computer to be reliable and work properly and it's getting very stressful lately.

Thank you in advance to anyone that can help me out!

Solution
Please use a program such as HWMonitor or MSI Afterburner to view temperatures while gaming. The frame rate drops are likely occuring because your hardware is clocking itself down due to heat.
