Hi,
I want to build a new PC over the summer and wanted to know how it is. I want to use it for modern games, such as Titanfall, Skyrim, and Dark Souls 2 with decent graphics and a good fps rate, schoolwork, some video editing, and programs such as CryEngine. If there is anything that you can recommend for same/lower price that is better, feel free to let me know! I wanted to know if my build will be quiet. Will it?

ehhh for quiteness, I'd go with the fractal Design Define R4. Comes with built in noise padding and built to be silent. Otherwise your build is good. Might want to get Windows 8.1 as some games(mainly battlefield 4) get 5-10 fps(what they claim) more than on windows 7. Plus, it is more up to date.

All is good but one thing : the power supply get at least a 600watts PSU for safety :)

I think the i5 4670 (non-K) or lower i5 4-Core and a H97 MoBo would be better, unless you really want to overclock. That way you can spend a bit more on the GPU, maybe a GTX 770.
