So, if it looks like this: http://dl.x-ex.com/i/store/fans/Xilence_fan_black_120mm3.jpg and this: http://dl.x-ex.com/i/store/fans/Fan_3-Pin_and_4-Pin_Molex_Plug.jpg will I be able to just plug it into the PSU and leave the other 3 pin plug???

It says
Plug: 3-Pin Molex Connector(Mainboard) & 4-Pin Molex Connector(Power Supply, used for harddrives etc.)

yes you can plug in either one of them BUT only 1 at a time never use both at the same time.

EDIT: the 3 pin is not a Molex connector. It is a 3 pin Fan plug, that plugs into a Fan Header on the motherboard. the Big 4 Pin is what they call a Molex connector. :)
