Solution
If you can find a Seasonic power supply that would be your best bet. The Antec VP is probably half a step up from the Corsair VS so still not an amazing quality product. For a build with a gtx 770 or a r9 280x you definitely want a good quality power supply. FYI, the antec I posted above uses Seasonic parts which is why I recommend it :).

Gtx 770 or r9 280x are both comparable to each other. The gtx 770 is typically quieter and cooler but the r9 280x is usually a bit cheaper and has 3gb vram. Make sure that you get a version of the card that has at least 2 fans (preferably 3 fans if you get the r9 280x).

For the mobo, if that is all that is available then go for it, only reason to get the H97 over the Z97 is that the H97 is usually...

Is Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H Socket 1150 Motherboard support : VGA: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 770 / 2GB / GV-N770OC-2GD / DDR5 / 3 Years Warranty ? or Gigabyte RADEON R9 280X / 3GB / GV-R928XOC-3GD / DDR5 ? and is the (Gigabyte RADEON R9 280X / 3GB / GV-R928XOC-3GD / DDR5
) supported by Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H Socket 1150 ?
and what the min PSU watt for this parts ?

A couple of items to consider:

1. Do you plan to overclock your CPU? If yes, then you would need the i5-4670k since the i5-4670 cannot be overclocked, only the k version can. If you do not plan on overclocking then you can get a H97 motherboard instead of the Z97 motherboard since the Z97 motherboards are meant for overclocking.

2. The Corsair VS series are not great quality, try looking for a XFX, Seasonic, Antec HCG or Corsair AX/TX/HX series power supply. Something like this one is fine:
Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($59.99 @ NCIX US)
or this if you want semi modular:
Power Supply: Antec High Current Gamer 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($67.99 @ NCIX US)

3. The gtx 770 will be compatible with any motherboard that has a pcie 2.0 or higher x16 slot so pretty much any modern motherboard

4. What is your total budget for this computer? And what country are you in?

Thanks numanator..
I don't plan to overclock, but in my country there is Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H Socket 1150 only.
Antec VP550P / 550W / 2 x 12V Power Rails is good ?
and in your opinion : what is the best >> GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 770 / 2GB / DDR5 or Gigabyte RADEON R9 280X / 3GB / GV-R928XOC-3GD / DDR5 ?
the budget : it depends
thanks :)

It would support a single gtx 770 but would not support 2 gtx 770. That one would only support Crossfire (Dual AMD GPU) but not SLI (Dual Nvidia GPU). SLI needs at least 2 PCIe slots running at x8 while crossfire the second gpu can run at x4. So that motherboard would work for 2 r9 280xs but not for 2 gtx 770s.

Let me know if this confuses you a bit, I didn't type it out well haha.

Yeah, the xfx is a good quality power supply. Get that one.

If you want a mobo that supports SLI the Gigabyte Z97 SLI (the one you posted in your original post) is probably the cheapest that does for Gigabyte mobos. For Asus mobos, I believe you would need the Asus Z97-A which is a bit more expensive.
