Athlon X4 760K vs i3 4150 for Recording and Gaming?

I've asked this a few times but I have no real answer :/ I won't upgrade for a while and I only care about FPS while recording. This is Mini ITX so no fx 6300!

What's your budget? You can cram an i7-4790k into a mini-ITX setup if you wanted to.

Also what GPU? i3-4150 isn't terrible, but its onboard video isn't enough for gaming but it uses a lot less power so you won't necessarily need a huge power supply.
