It's been 14 years since I built my last PC and I'm unfamiliar with SSDs. The drive came with no cables, just the SSD, DVD and instructions. The illustration shows two ribbon cables attaching to the back, one wider then the other.

I assume these are standard items. What do I ask for tomorrow at TigerDirect retail store?

The wide one is the power cable. Comes directly from the PSU. You don't need to buy one.
The smaller on is the data cable. Get the most inexpensive SATA data cable they have.

Either straight through or right angle. Or both.
If it is more than a couple dollars, it is too expensive.

One is a sata power cable. Your psu should have several such connectors.

The second is a sata data cable. As a rule, a motherboard will come with two or more of them.

Usually one for your ssd, and a second for a sata dvd drive..

The included dvd will have some utilities, depending on your ssd vendor. To run a ssd, nothing special is required if you are using windows.

Ejnoy your ssd, it makes all the difference in the world.

And... do not ask tigerdirect about power supplies; they are likely to push their house brand junk.
Here is a list of psu brands sorted by quality:
