"I even try to use my gpu graphics card to see if My radeon 7970 is the problem but I was still getting Black screen at start up."

What do you mean?

What kind of processor do you have?

It definitely sounds like a faulty video card, or your power supply could be faulty. Power surges destroy things sometimes in a very mean sexual way.

Did your motherboard have an option to set the default graphics card? PCIe or Integrated? You may need to clear the CMOS settings while the graphics card is removed from the system to boot up using the integrated graphics. I would give that a shot.

Remove the graphics card, reset the CMOS settings, boot the computer using the integrated graphics and let me know how that goes.
