May I ask why you picked the i7? If your doing nothing other than watching video/browsing/gaming its really unnecessary. Are you looking to SLI in the future? I ask because you picked a 1000 watt PSU when 600 would probably suffice.

Btw windows 7>windows 8 and that 212 evo cooler comes with thermal paste if you didnt know
