Neither - find an Asus.

Get an overclockable cpu and a Z77 mobo.

Both brands are bad. Both motherboards are bad. I wouldn't recommend either.

What cpu have you got?

The Zotac would be slightly better. But as I said, If you want to avoid problems, buy an Asus.

The Zotac is the better of the two boards. At least it is a LGA 1155 socket board, much newer than the other board which is an old 775 socket. You'll be able to get parts for the Zotac.
