The problem was a window was left open and the water from the rain got filtered and soaked the hard drive card, then when i turned on the computer smoke started coming out of the hard drive card and i immediately the computer was turned off. The hard drive didn´t got hit or anything else, it was just the card that got wet.

I ordered a PCB with the same part number as the one that was originally in the hard drive and the BIOS were replaced, the one that was in the card that got soaked was placed in the new card.

I tested the new card with the BIOS and now what i got was:

A black screen, which shows that the hard drive is detected but it doesn´t show the capacity.

The hard drive works just fine, i doesn´t show any problems in the motors whatsoever.

But it makes a sound which you can check here in the next video that i made.

My question is: What would be the best thing to do in order to try to fix the hard drive card.

Thank You and aprecciate your help.

If your main concern is not about your data, then the best thing you could do is to replace your hard drive. But if the problem is about how to recover your data from that damage hard drive then consider bringing it to the pros, as the process of repairing your drive needs more complex knowledge and experience which you can't get by just merely watching those youtube videos.

What do you mean:
"The hard drive works just fine, i doesn´t show any problems in the motors whatsoever."

and then:
"A black screen, which shows that the hard drive is detected but it doesn´t show the capacity."

Obviously it does not 'work just fine'

This is when you get the data back from your backup, or pony up a lot of $$ to some data recovery company.
