Hello! I have kind of a big problem, none of my PCIE slots works on my motherboard. My computer won't detect my video card at all, it doesnt show up in device manager and in BIOS. When I set the priority for video output to "PCIE" in BIOS, it loads with IGPU and when I go back to BIOS, the priority always goes back to "AUTO". The only thing I can do is plug my monitor on the motherboard and then I can actually see something because it uses Intel HD Graphics of my CPU. It doesn't detect the card even in 2nd and 3rd PCIE slots. The card's fan spins but no video output. When I connect my monitor on my video card then boot, the monitor doesn't even turn on.
It used to work before, but now it doesn't work at all. Well it never worked perfectly, when I first built my computer, it would detect my video card and sometime it didn't, sometime I had to reboot the computer multiple times before it detected the card.
What I did:
-I tested my video card in an other computer, it worked PERFECTLY.
-I installed an other motherboard in my computer, did not detect the video card either.
-I updated the BIOS
-Reset the CMOS
-installed every drivers for my motherboard
-the two 6 pins connectors are CORRECTLY plugged on the video card
-Took out each of my stick of RAM out then boot computer everytime to see if one of them was faulty
-Checked every screw on my motherboard, none was loose and none was screwed too tight
-the voltage (3.3, 5 and 12) is almost perfect.
-Checked the thermal paste for my CPU, it is perfectly applied.

Thank you so much!! Any help would be awesome...
