Fan connectors on ASUS m5a99x

They are plugged into the fan controller already. You just need to feed the fan controller with a Molex from the PSU.

If you are talking about the fans that come with the case, you don't. At least you don't have to unless you want to not use the fan controller on the case. The case fans come pre-plugged into the wires from the fan controller. Didn't you see them in the video hanging down the back of the case?
If for some reason your fans were not pre-plugged in, there should be female connectors to match the male connectors on the fans.
