I ordered my Sapphire R9 290X Tri-X OC from Newegg on May 12th for the Mother's Day Sale. I finally opened the box, as I'm about to build my first PC once the Haswell Refresh processors are released. However, in the package, I did not receive the code for the Gold Never Settle Forever Promo. I am certain that when I ordered it in May, the promotion was still going on. I emailed AMD about the issue with a screenshot of the email of the purchase, along with the serial number, but no response. What should I do? HELP ME PLEAASE!!!!!

I just bought an R9 280 from newegg yesterday.

They email you the codes.

I cant remember if they emailed me the codes around the same time that the graphics card shipped OR if they emailed them the same time that they charged your credit card.

Eitherway the codes are sitting in your email (or spam)

Only exaggerating, bro :)
Don't want this to seem like a pointless whining thread. My fault for not mentioning it. I was wondering if anyone that has been under these circumstances could help me by telling me who they contacted and how to go about it.

It is an AMD sponsored promotion, but I'll try contacting Sapphire, as TWO emails have been sent to AMD on account of this issue and I have not had response all day :(

Thank you for your help, though. I should have contacted the manufacturer, sorry for wasting your time :)

Honestly though newegg is the worst when it comes to these codes. I got screwed out of Black Flag and Splinter Cell.

I know tons of people have gotten screwed out of codes ordering through Newegg. Next time I order graphics card I'm going Amazon.

That sucks, the Never Settle Forever Games are pretty meh, but I would hate to miss out on those! I'll try to contact the manufacturer first, then I'll try newegg. If it works, I'll tell you so that you can play those beastly games :)
