I received a Cooler Master Elite 430 Mid Tower ATX case from a friend, hoping it would accommodate my new GTX 760, only to discover that the only PCI-E 3.0 port on the board doesn't have enough clearance between it and my PSU to fit the card. Could anyone recommend a case to accomodate this card? My build currently includes the following:

Intel Core i5 2500K 3.3GHz
BIOSTAR TZ77XE3 motherboard
Corsair CX750 Builder Series 750W PSU

Note: I found that I'll need at least 2 inches of clearance from the PCI-E 3.0 port to the top of the PSU (and 2 expansion slot ports). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It is an ATX motherboard. Although it does have 2 PCI-E ports, when I installed my card in that slot, the current NVIDIA drivers would not work, even after being installed in safe mode. This makes me think that my GTX 760 (which uses PCI-E 3.0) won't work in that slot but the bottom one. Thoughts?

So this slot should work? I had my old card (EVGA GTX 560) installed there, and it worked fine. I wasn't sure if the 760 and that slot were incompatible in some way, as the video feed from the card would freeze shortly after login.

Yes, it should work. Pl ensure that card is installed or seated in the slot correctly.
