My Rig:
core i5 2500 3.3Ghz.
MB intel DH67BL board.
along with 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3,
Power Supply of Corsair VS650 650W.

i am planning to buy a card for me like AMD R9 270X OC Edition, will there is any issue of bottlenecking?

No - the i5 2500k will not bottleneck the performance of the r9 270x

It will be just fine, even r9 280x would be fine.

I'd leave it at the 270x.

For a start, I don't like the VS psu's - not certified. Then the cpu is OK but not as good a s the new lga1150 i5's

For a 270cx you'll need a total of 500W.

Get a good one per - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su...

eg Seasonic 520, XFX 550, Anytec HCG 520M
