gigabyte ga z97x gaming 3 vs asrock fatal1ty z97 killer

Title says it all. What motherboard should I pick? About a $10 difference the ASRock being higher. I would like to use an Intel i5 4670k CPU.

If you have a different suggestion in the $100-150 price point let me know.

if your overclocking I would get the highest end gigabyte or asus in your 100-150 limit, definitely don't get an ASrock, they have a reputation for dying

I don't know much about this but it seems to me (price confirms, but I know that does not matter much) that 7>5>3.
My question is, "is it worth the extra bucks?"
