Kingston RAM compatibility with Corsair RAM

i have 2 sticks of Kingston kvr1333d3n9/2g 2x2 4GB DDR3 1333mhz RAM.
i am plaiing to buy a another stick of Corsair CMV8GX3M1A1333C9 8GB RAM Sick.

I want to know will it be Compatible with my preexisting RAMs.

You shouldn't run into any issues being as your new RAM will be running on a different channel. That is of course if you have a dual memory channel motherboard (most common).

Maybe, maybe not, it's never a good idea to plan to mix DRAM from different packages, even if they are the same model, it can be, and often is problematic. There are no guarantees. And having DRAM in different channels doesn't mean a thing, it all has to run through the same MC (memory controller), and actually when mixing DRAM chances are better with 1 stick of each different set in each channel
